Terms and Conditions

1. The Birthday Benefit is exclusive to My Discovery Elite (MDE) members during their birth month.
2. A “Birthday Stay” is defined as a stay where:
   • Both the arrival and departure dates fall within the member’s birth month; or
   • The arrival date falls on the last day of the member’s birth month, regardless of the departure date.
3. The Birthday Benefit, including the PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits and Double MDE Points, must be availed during the eligible Birthday Stay period.
4. The member must be an active MDE member and must be subscribed to the MDE newsletter to receive the Birthday Benefit.
5. The Birthday Benefit is non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible MDE member.
6. Upon check-in, the member must present the Birthday Benefit newsletter received from MDE. Alternatively, the member may send the newsletter to the Reservations Team prior to arrival.
7. If the member did not receive the Birthday Benefit newsletter, they may present a screenshot of the official MDE website advertisement together with a valid government-issued ID for verification.
8. The PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits are valid from check-in and will expire upon check-out. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be converted to cash or carried over to another stay.
9. The Double MDE Points and PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits are applicable only to the celebrant’s room. If the MDE member books and pays for additional rooms, the other rooms will earn points based on the regular MDE earning rules and will not be eligible for the Birthday Hotel Credits.
10. The Birthday Benefit may be availed multiple times during the member’s birth month, provided that each stay meets the applicable Birthday Stay requirements.
11. The PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits and Welcome Amenity Voucher cannot be used on the same transaction or service. They must be used on separate eligible transactions.

• Example: If a member wishes to use both benefits for spa services, the PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits and Welcome Amenity Voucher must be applied to two separate spa transactions.

12. Members must advise the Reservations Team prior to arrival that they intend to avail of their Birthday Benefit.
13. To qualify for the Birthday Benefit, the member must make a direct booking through the participating Discovery hotel or resort. Bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), third-party booking platforms, or other non-direct channels are not eligible.
14. Eligible MDE birthday celebrants who check in at any participating Discovery hotel or resort may enjoy PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits, which may be used for any of the following:

• Spa services
• Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets
• In-Room Dining / Room Service

15. The PHP 2,000 Hotel Credits are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used to settle room charges, room rates, taxes, or other non-eligible charges.
