1. Prior reservation is required to avail of the voucher. You can contact Terazi Spa at (02) 7955 8888 to book an appointment.
2. This voucher can only be used for one visit. If the value of the voucher is higher than the total bill, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
3. Upon visit, present a copy of this voucher as well as your valid ID for verification.
